PUD Ordinance changed

They may have sparked a big fight the last time they were before City Council, but this time around, changes to the city’s Planned Unit Development Ordinance passed without much of a fuss at all. In under two minutes, Council voted unanimously to change the requirements for PUD zoning on unzoned land. The new requirements mandate that three-fourths of Council must approve a PUD in cases where three-fourths or more of a land-use commission has voted against the zoning.
