Publisher’s Whisper
Monday, July 11, 2016 by Michael Kanin
In an attempt to be even more transparent about who supports our work, we’ve decided to post a downloadable spreadsheet that lists each of our donors at the bottom of every story we run. Our thinking here is that this will allow our readers to better explore our sources of funding. However, we’ll also note that nothing has changed in terms of editorial policy: Our firm wall between editorial decision-making (i.e., Liz Pagano) and Monitor fundraising (i.e., Mike Kanin) remains. For more on the policies that keep this in place, you can read our ethical policy here.
