There are some new rules headed to Austin’s municipal cemeteries and this week. The Parks and Recreation Department will host two community meetings to get public input on the rules, which are online here. The first meeting takes place today at the George Washington Carver Museum from 2 p.m. until 3:30 p.m. The second meeting will be held on Thursday, Oct. 26, from 6 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. That meeting is at the PARD Annex at 919 W. 28½ St.
