Give AISD input on its Facility Master Plan
Tuesday, January 24, 2017 by Nina Hernandez
The Austin Independent School District is in the middle of revamping its Facility Master Plan, the document that outlines current and future uses of district facilities. Public input is essential, so AISD has a series of meetings planned in the next month, complete with refreshments and child care. This week, meetings will be held at McCallum High School (Jan. 24), Crockett High School (Jan. 25) and the Gus Garcia Young Men’s Leadership Academy (Jan. 26), from 6-8 p.m. The following week, sessions will be held at Martin Middle School (Jan. 31), Burnet Middle School (Feb. 1) and Gorzycki Middle School (Feb. 2). Email future@austinisd.org or call 512-414-9595 for more information.
