Get ready to get voting

Watching debates and posting on Facebook is all well and good, but it’s important not to let registering to vote slip one’s mind as well. This Tuesday (aka, tomorrow) is the last day for Travis County voters to register before the Nov. 8 election, and there are plenty of places to do it. Hungry Austinites might appreciate the Tuesday push at Thundercloud Subs, but more traditional information about how to register in the next two days is available at votetexas.gov. At the risk of lecturing, there’s really no excuse not to make time for this: You can even register via text!
