Formula One hits Austin next week
Tuesday, October 10, 2017 by Nina Hernandez
The Formula One United States Grand Prix is in town Oct. 20 through Oct. 22, and with the event comes the usual traffic to the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. In preparation, the airport wants passengers coming to the airport that weekend to keep that in mind when planning their travel schedules. Ideally, passengers will be at the terminal a full two hours before their flight. Take into account Sunday (Oct. 22) and Monday (Oct. 23) are expected to be the busiest travel days during that time. Find more travel tips, plus the special live music schedule, here.
