County’s North Campus project inches forward
Wednesday, March 2, 2016 by Caleb Pritchard
Travis County planners have selected three finalists to pitch their proposals for a mixed-use project on county-owned property along Airport Boulevard. The North Campus project at 53½ Street is expected to combine new office space for Health and Human Services and Veteran Services with housing that will include some number of affordable units. The team of county staffers working on the project chose DMA Development Company, the NRP Group and ITEX Development to submit more detailed proposals, due on June 15.
