Community health forum next week
Friday, August 25, 2017 by Nina Hernandez
Next Wednesday, a group of local organizations is hosting a community health forum at the AISD Performing Arts Center, 1500 Barbara Jordan Blvd. Those groups include Austin Public Health, Travis County Health and Human Services, Central Health, St. David’s Foundation and Seton Healthcare Family. Stephanie Hayden, interim director of Austin Public Health, will give the opening presentation at 6 p.m. Community members will get a chance to look over the results of the 2017 Community Health Assessment and tell the room full of groups what parts of it are the most important to them.
