Tonight, the Austin Monitor and Glasshouse Policy will present a discussion we’re calling “Boys Club? Sexual Harassment, Retaliation & Working for the City of Austin.” If that headline means nothing to you: The topics of the evening will be sexual harassment, retaliation and training employees about how to deal with women at City Hall. And, this time around, we have impaneled the likes of Mayor Pro Tem Kathie Tovo, the Austin American-Statesman’s Lilly Rockwell, The Austin Chronicle’s Mary Tuma, the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employee’s Carol Guthrie, and the city of Austin’s Interim Human Resources Director Joya Hayes. KUT/Monitor City Hall reporter Audrey McGlinchy will moderate, and we hope to see you all there. As usual, the event is free, and registration is encouraged.
