On Sept. 19, District 1 City Council Member Ora Houston and her staff are inviting constituents for coffee at Huston-Tillotson University. If you would like a face-to-face meeting, there are 30 time slots available, from 10 a.m. until noon. They can be reserved by calling 512-978-2101.
