Applications open for art and artists

Until Dec. 14, the city’s Cultural Arts Division of the Economic Development Department is accepting applications for the 2016 Cultural Heritage Festivals Program and Capacity Building Funding Program. Both programs are open to nonprofit arts organizations in Austin or its extraterritorial jurisdiction.
