ANC Vice President Justin Irving sits down with Austin Monitor reporter Jessi Devenyns and editor Elizabeth Pagano to give his impressions of the latest revision, the process and how likely the new code is to face opposition this time around.

Austin Monitor Radio is produced in partnership with KOOP 91.7 FM.
