Travis County announces new Covid-19 relief grants for nonprofits

Travis County has announced a new grant program designed to serve nonprofits impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic. The program, called TCTX Serve, will offer emergency relief grants of up to $50,000 “to maintain social services to Travis County residents, continue organizational operations, and protect public health.” According to a press release from the county, grants will be given to Travis County nonprofits that provide services for “behavioral health, child and youth development, housing continuum, public health, safety intervention services, supportive services for community living, and workforce development.” Grant applications are open through Oct. 16, and more information about eligibility can be found at traviscountyserve.com or by calling 512-893-7426.
