Little Stacy park reopens
Tuesday, October 8, 2019 by Tai Moses
Travis Heights-Fairview Park residents rejoiced over the weekend when their neighborhood park, Little Stacy, reopened after a period of being closed for renovations. Visitors to the 6.73-acre park, which sits at a horseshoe bend of Blunn Creek, will be able to enjoy new picnic tables, a new basketball half-court and upgraded tennis courts, a new hillside slide in the playground, a rain garden, and ADA-compliant improvements to the walkways and playground. Little Stacy is at 1500 Alameda Dr. in South Austin.
