The Austin Monitor, KUT News and the LBJ School of Public Affairs have teamed up for the second CitySummit, which will take place on Dec. 4. In addition to the already announced list of panelists, Cedar Park Mayor Matt Powell and Manor Mayor Rita Jonse will join Travis County Judge Sarah Eckhardt to discuss issues and opportunities facing the region with Monitor Publisher Mike Kanin.
