Get spooky, safely
Friday, October 27, 2017 by Katy McElroy
It’s trick-or-treating time again, and the Rundberg Education Advancement District wants to make sure you and your family have a safe place to do it. Grab a pillowcase and head over to Rundberg Lane between Cameron Road and the North Austin YMCA for the Fall Festival and Trick-or-Treat Safe Zone today from 6-8 p.m. READ, a coalition of individuals and nonprofits who work together to support educators, students and schools in the Rundberg area, hosts the festival every year. Businesses will have open doors (read: candy) and kids can enjoy activities and games throughout the zone. Neighborhood officers will be there to keep the bogeymen in line.
