FEMA to provide flood assistance to Travis County residents

Tuesday, June 14, 2016 by Kayleigh Hughes

Travis County residents and business owners who experienced storm damage during the May 27 flood are in for a bit of good news, as federal flood assistance has been approved by FEMA for Travis County. Those affected can register for FEMA assistance at disasterassistance.gov, which provides all the details you might need, such as types of assistance offered, how to qualify, what forms and information are required and what the steps in the process look like. You can also call 800-621-3362 or (TTY) 1-800-462-7585 from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
