Early voting continues
Tuesday, October 31, 2017 by Elizabeth Pagano
After a week of early voting, people continue to head to the polls at a very slow pace. So far, 19,371 people have cast ballots in the election that includes a vote on the $1.02 billion Austin Independent School District bond and two Travis County bonds. That, for the record, is 2.67 percent of the registered voters. Election day is Nov. 7, and early voting will continue through Friday, Nov. 3. More information, including voting locations, is available on the Travis County Clerk’s website.
