Courts to close

Wednesday, November 16, 2016 by Elizabeth Pagano

Due to “technology infrastructure upgrades,” the city’s municipal and downtown community courts will be closed Nov. 17 and 18, and will reopen again on Nov. 21. And, as a warning, the courts will be really closed – with computer and phone networks offline as well. Appearance and payment dates will be rescheduled to Nov. 21, and more info is available online here. According to the city, this closure will apply to all facilities, including the Downtown Municipal Court, the Jaime Padron North Substation, the South Substation and the Downtown Community Court.
