Barton Springs Pool to close for spring cleaning
Monday, February 29, 2016 by Nora Ankrum
Barton Springs Pool’s annual spring cleaning is here, which means the pool will be closed for maintenance today, Feb. 29, through Friday, March 11. For morning swimmers who can’t get by without their fix, Deep Eddy Pool will have extended hours (6 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. on weekdays; 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekends) throughout Barton Springs’ closure. Other swimming options include the Bartholemew or Springwoods pools. Barton Springs will reopen on Saturday, March 12, with spring/summer admission fees in effect at all four pools – Barton Springs, Deep Eddy, Bartholemew and Springwoods.
