As a heads-up, ongoing remodeling of One Texas Center’s Development Services Department means there are a few days of closed offices at Residential and Commercial Plan Review ahead. Specifically, Commercial Plan Review will be closed from Thursday, Sept. 22 until Monday, Sept. 26, during which time the second floor waiting area will still remain accessible for residential review customers. From Friday, Sept. 30 until Monday, Oct. 3, both Commercial and Residential Plan Review will be closed, and the second floor will not be accessible to the public.
