City PACEs itself

Folks from the city’s Public Assembly Code Enforcement team, known as PACE, are issuing daily reports about code violations downtown this week (during what the city calls “Spring Festival 2016”). As of Sunday afternoon, the weekend has proved fairly subdued. Only one citation was issued, as were six written and two verbal warnings. No venues or facilities had been shut down, the team reported. But there’s still plenty of time left.
