Pocket park meeting coming soon
Monday, January 25, 2016 by Elizabeth Pagano
Residents who are interested in weighing in on the Ricky Guerrero Pocket Park general improvements project will have a chance to do so at the last public meeting on the project, which will take place on Feb. 13, at 9 a.m., at the Mainspring School (which is adjacent to the park in question). According to a press release about the meeting, “This final public meeting will allow neighborhood residents and users of the park opportunity to provide feedback on potential park improvements. A presentation will be given on the latest conceptual design, and the public will have the ability to speak one-on-one with the project team and ask questions about the project, while providing their ideas and input. The project team will be seeking feedback on the latest design concepts which include reconfiguring sidewalks; increasing connectivity; and improving the park’s play equipment.”
