AUSTIN, TX – Sept. 21, 2015: Evan Pinkston, 24, shows citations he and his friend each received for a “Sitting on Sidewalk” violation at 408 W. 23rd Street. PInkston describes the frequent tickets under the “no lie/no sit ordinance” as somewhat meaningless in the community which often leads to the citations to be discarded as trash.
